Members of the ACCG County Attorneys’ Section will meet for a continuing legal education (CLE) luncheon and seminar on Friday, April 17, at 12 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. County attorneys will gather for discussions on various topics. Attorney Jon Neiditz of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton will provide a presentation on cyber risk and data breach issues while Chuck Thompson, General Counsel and Executive Director of the International Municipal Lawyers Association, will lead a review of recent and pending U.S. Supreme Court Decisions. ACCG County Attorneys Section President and Deputy General Counsel of the State Bar of Georgia Bill NeSmith will engage county attorneys during an interactive presentation on ethics. Lastly, meeting attendees will receive an update on the 2015 legislative session from ACCG’s own Associate General Counsel Kelly Pridgen.
